This class will explore the basics of making different herbal broths, and the health benefits of the different savory, umami, and immune boosting herbs. We'll taste different veggies, mushrooms, herbs and culinary spices to understand their unique actions, and feel how they impact the body. Throw on your apron, and join clinical herbalist and nutritionist Liz Faermark for this class on kitchen herbalism for immune health! Participants will receive a handout summarizing the class's teachings.
