Come join herbalist Risa Hunter in discovering the power of everyday herbs and spices hiding in your kitchen to support your immune system! In this hands-on class we will explore common culinary herbs and spices such as garlic, sage, thyme, oregano (and more), their benefits, and different ways to prepare them to support yourself and your family through colds and flus. Learning how to use these herbs you have on hand is empowering and builds confidence to support yourself and your loved ones with simple, natural solutions that are so often in reach.  This class is part lecture, part hands on medicine making. You will be making a medicinal herbal honey for you to take home and use when needed.
