Join clinical herbalist and weedy-species-lover Liz Faermark for a crash course in edible wild weeds. This class will introduce a few key weedy species that live in Colorado. 

We'll learn about: where these plants grow and what conditions they like, how to identify them, their nutritional and medicinal benefits, and how to incorporate them into your life! We'll also cover the basics of wildcrafting ethics, and safe harvesting practices.
