We will embark on guided meditation, using oracle cards and the clear guidance of our inner Wise Selves to dive into our intuition and intention. This is how we manifest that which is in alignment with our purpose, bring in healing, joy and whatever else you are needing most.

No journaling experience necessary. Mary will guide you on an inner journey, give journaling prompts and share insights.

The group experience is supportive, sacred and inspiring. You will leave with a connection to your inner guidance system and maybe a goal or two to see you through the months ahead.
